BREAKTHROUGH PODIUM FOR PREMIAIR NULON RACING AT SANDOWN 500
​
PremiAir Nulon Racing had plenty to celebrate at the 60th anniversary Sandown 500, with the team breaking through for its first-ever podium with Jimmy Golding and David Russell finishing in third place in the #31 PremiAir Nulon Racing Camaro.
As well as being the first podium for the newest team in the Supercars paddock, established mere weeks before the start of the 2022 season, it was also the first podium for Golding.
The result also sees Golding and the team advance from ninth to sixth in the drivers’ and seventh teams’ championships ahead of next month’s Great Race – the Bathurst 1000.
PremiAir Nulon Racing will now turn their attentions to a test day, before heading to Mount Panorama for the Bathurst 1000 across October 10-13. For event information, visit www.supercars.com

Golding emerges on top at Phillip Island
​
After taking the Trico Pole Award on Friday, James Golding finally saw the top spot on the podium with victory in race three of the weekend at Phillip Island for round three of the Trico Trans Am Series.

Nulon has made a splash at Sea World on the Gold Coast, unveiling the new liveries for the #23 and #31 Camaros in picturesque surroundings ahead of the start of the 2024 Supercars Championship season.
The new-look liveries will ensure the #23 and #31 stand out when the Supercars Championship gets underway at the Bathurst 500 later this month and across the rest of the 2024 season, while proudly displaying the branding of co-naming rights partners Nulon and PremiAir Racing.

Local Industry Tour 2023
​
Students across Years 9 to 12 recently enjoyed a fantastic day on a local Engineering Industry Tour, where they also visited Custom Transport Equipment.
Students were able to talk to our staff about the work we do and what job opportunities are available, particularly in the engineering fields.
Here at CTE we offer Welding/ Fabrication and Auto Electrician Apprenticeship's.

This tour provided an opportunity to:
- Explore trades in our local area
- Connect students with employers and tradesmen and hear career journeys
- Gain insight into scope of work local companies undertake
- Observe works being undertaken, and the machinery used and have a direct contact with someone in the company for work placement or an apprenticeship
